We send most of our item via royal mail recorded delivery, the item will need to be signed.
We can combine postage for multiple items if you wish. To take advantage of this please email me before you pay!
All other items are sent via a courier to be delivered withing 48 hours. This delivery service can also tracked and so enables you to see where your item is throughout its journey to you door. Order as much as you like for £6 P&P. This service covers most of the UK - for more deatils!
If you live in DY10-14, WR or HR post code area we can deliver again within 48 hours for just £5.
IF THERE IS DAMAGE - You have 2 options, you can either send a photo to us (please contact us for our email address) so I can see the damage and send you a replacement or refund if there is no more stock, or you can return the item to me and I will refund your postage costs when the item arrives here.
IF YOU DO NOT LIKE AN ITEM - Return the item in its original box with no damage to the item or box and I will refund the cost of the item only once the item arrives here. |
